The project
A renovation and extension of a two-storey coastal home with ocean views.
The work adds a new elevated rear deck under a skillion roof, and a plunge pool with an in-water lounge ledge and glass pool fencing. The drawings are developed from concept to Detailed Design, with renders and walkthroughs.
